Job Description: Remote Case Manager (Part-Time)
Position Overview: As a Remote Case Manager, you will demonstrate the love of Christ by supporting single moms and their children. This role involves virtual application assessment, resource provision, and collaboration with stakeholders across Hood, Johnson, and Somervell Counties. Occasional participation in community outreach events is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Faith-Based Support: Show Christ’s love in all interactions.
  • Application Management: Receive and assess applications virtually.
  • Communication:
    • Engage with single moms to address needs.
    • Coordinate with vendors, church partners, and other agency case workers.
    • Collaborate with another case manager on cases.
    • Report to the program director on expenditure decisions.
    • Clearly communicate requirements to moms.
  • Resource Provision: Provide necessary resources to single moms and their children.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with another case manager.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in occasional outreach events.
  • Tool Utilization: Use Microsoft Outlook and Monday.com for communication and project management.

Qualifications:

  • Faith Commitment: Strong relationship with Jesus and a passion for helping single moms.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in case management or related field.
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Family Studies, Psychology, Biblical Studies, or a related field.
    Equivalent work experience may be considered.
